This banjo was inspired by a viola da gamba that I stumbled onto. The 25.5" scale neck is made of figured clara western walnut. Fingerboard is domestic apple wood. Ebony friction pegs are based on pegs often found on William Boucher banjos. The 9" gourd is equipped with a sound hole. Bone tail piece is hand carved. Aquila Classical strings. Apple wood bridge. GOOD sounding and playing banjo. $595
